In June 2021, Feldman Equities acquired the Pinnacle Corporate Park, a 260,000 square foot Class A office complex in Fort Lauderdale, FL, raising some $24 million in equity to finance the $68 million deal.  

To close the transaction quickly, one investor provided 'gap' equity and is now releasing $2.75 million of that equity back to individual investors.

Since closing, investors have already started receiving dividend payments in excess of 6% of their invested capital and the project has been somewhat de-risked with marketing plan started, renovations initiated, and new leases signed.

This is a rare 'second bite at the apple' opportunity to invest in this exceptional project.
